Leslie started her career in banking in 1982 and has worked in numerous bank positions from teller, new accounts, bookkeeping, assistant branch manager, operations and loan officer. Leslie can be found dedicating time to her community through various civic organizations.

I started my banking career 25 years ago working for my hometown bank where everyone knows each and where community banking is at its strongest. I have worked in all areas of a bank. I am very pleased to work as a community banker because of the relationships you build with your customers. There is no greater satisfaction than helping your neighbor or friend with any banking need that may arise. During my time off I attend school sporting events, and I also participate in local civic organizations and currently serve as the Past President of The Medina County Rotary.

Melaine began her banking career in 2018 as a teller and now serves in an operations role managing the tellers at our TXN bank locations.

She is dedicated to watching her team strive, grow, and succeed while serving our community with their financial needs.

In her 25 years of community banking experience Holly Boyle has worked in all areas of the bank including new accounts, operations and now lending. Located in Castroville, one of Texas’ fastest growing areas, Holly specializes in making your dreams of a new home a reality as a TXN Bank Mortgage Loan Officer.

Zachary joined the Bank in 2023 and has quickly become a trusted resource for customers seeking thoughtful relationship-driven banking solutions. Zachary was raised in Hondo and a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science. Zach began his banking career in Treasury Management, where he helped develop the bank’s commercial relationships and product offerings. He now serves as a commercial lender bringing his experience, local insight and strong relationship-building skills to provide tailored lending guidance. Outside of work, Zach enjoys staying active in the community and spending time with the people who make this community home. 

Anna has over 34 years of banking experience in all areas of the bank starting out as a teller, working as a CSR in New Accounts, Administrative Assistant, Loan Processor and Loan Funding Specialist.  Now she oversees and manages a team of talented, supportive and positive individuals whose skills and positive energy contribute to the success of this great organization.

Elizabeth has built a strong and well‑rounded career in banking since 2011, progressing from teller to commercial lender. With a solid foundation in financial services and a BA in Accounting from Texas A&M – San Antonio, she brings both knowledge and experience to every client interaction. Elizabeth is deeply committed to serving her community by helping individuals and businesses navigate their financial needs with care, integrity, and trusted guidance.

Clara has over 33 years of banking experience. She has worked in all areas of banking including teller, customer service, new accounts, loan processing, deceased client services, and now handles the bank operations of all tellers/CSRs at the Lytle branch as the Assistant Vice President/Operations Officer. Clara enjoys helping the community with all their banking needs.

David has been a lender since 2007 with most of his banking career devoted to commercial real estate lending. David has been with TXN Bank since 2023.  

In her 30 years of  banking experience Pam Fugate has worked in all areas of the bank including new accounts, operations and now lending. Located in the Lytle location, Pam specializes in making your dreams of a new home a reality as a TXN Bank Mortgage Loan Officer.
