Available Positions
Customer Service Representative (Full-time. Hondo, TX): The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing all new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services. Provides effective customer service and provides support to all assigned areas of basic branch operations where service or assistance is needed. Other duties as assigned. Bilingual preferred. Customer service experience preferred.
ITM Teller / Call Center Representative (Part-Time. Hondo, TX): The position of an ITM Teller/Call Center Representative is responsible for performing routine customer services duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals. Will provide support in processing new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services along with promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations. Duties conducted via webcam technology. Other duties as assigned. Bilingual preferred.
Teller/Customer Service Representative (Part-time. Bandera, TX): The position of a Teller/CSR is responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and customer services duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals and assisting with night depository and vault duties where applicable. Will provide support in processing new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services along with promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations. Other basic branch operations duties as assigned.
Debit Card Fraud Specialist (Full-time. Location TBD): The position of Debit Card/Fraud Specialist is to fulfill daily work/functions under minimum supervision while adhering to bank policies/procedures and complying with all governmental rules/regulations to perform a broad variety of operational duties. Processes debit card requests including but not limited to error resolutions, card orders and disputes. Handle telephone inquiries from customers/personnel of other departments. Review, monitor and work various card and related reports to assist with completing daily tasks. Monitor the department’s support email box and assist banking centers. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Other duties as assigned.
Teller (Full-time. Castroville, TX): The position of Teller is responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and customer services duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals, assisting with night depository and vault duties where applicable, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Other duties as assigned.
