Available Positions
Customer Service Representative/Teller (Full-time. Lytle, TX): The position of a CSR/Teller will provide support in processing new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services along with promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations. Is responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and customer services duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals and assisting with night depository and vault duties where applicable. Other basic branch operations duties as assigned.
ITM Teller / Call Center Representative (Part-Time. Hondo, TX): The position of an ITM Teller/Call Center Representative is responsible for performing routine customer services duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals. Will provide support in processing new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services along with promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations. Duties conducted via webcam technology. Other duties as assigned. Bilingual preferred.
Loan Processor (Full-time. Hondo, TX): The position of a Loan Processor is responsible for performing routine and intermediate duties related to consumer and business loan applications and boarding by generating loan documentation for all types of loans, and by processing consumer, commercial and real estate loan payments and advances on lines of credit. Performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned. Basic level of work experience and knowledge of loan servicing activities and policies preferred. Good organizational and time management skills required.
