Teller (part-time)- Lytle Branch
Job Description: The position of a Teller is responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and customer services duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals, assisting with night depository and vault duties where applicable, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Other duties as assigned.
Teller/Customer Service Representative (full-time)- Hondo Branch
Job Description: The position of a Teller/CSR is responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and customer services duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals and assisting with night depository and vault duties where applicable. Will provide support in processing new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services along with promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations. Other basic branch operations duties as assigned.
Floating Teller/Customer Service Representative (full-time)- Castroville Branch
Job Description: The position of a Floating Teller/CSR will be responsible for working multiple locations as needed performing routine and intermediate branch and customer services duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals and assisting with night depository and vault duties where applicable. Will provide support in processing new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services along with promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations. Other basic branch operations duties as assigned.
